it’s off of saturday night live. tracy morgan used to have a character named Brian Fellow who had a show called “Brian Fellow’s Safari Planet”. The recording is of Tracy Morgan saying “i’m brian fellow” because he would say that a lot during the skit. if you get a chance, download some of the SNL episodes. they’re hilarious!
